My name is Melissa I am the office manager at Prime Dentistry. I have over 18 years’ experience in the dental field having worked as a certified dental assistant, treatment coordinator, insurance specialist and office manager. I am passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention from our office. I make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendships with each patient that comes into our office. Patients appreciate my gentle and compassionate manor. I am a native Floridian and enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog and doing arts and crafts.

Hello! My name is Susana, and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist at Prime Dentistry. Originally from Cuba, where I practiced as a Dentist , I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my current role. In the United States, I have honed my skills further, first as a dental assistant and now as a dental hygienist, allowing me to offer comprehensive and compassionate care to all my patients. My primary goal is to provide personalized and customized care tailored to the specific needs of each patient, helping and supporting them on their journey toward optimal oral and overall health. I am dedicated to working closely with Dr. Jean and our amazing team to ensure you receive the highest quality of care. Outside of work, I am passionate about traveling and exploring new countries and cultures. I cherish spending quality time with my family, particularly my beautiful daughter, who I love to spoil. My name is Ysabel. I became a Dentist in Venezuela and after I moved here I was a Dental Assistant and got my hygienist license. I found a home with Dr Jean as a Dental Hygienist, and love the methodical and detailed way he works with the patients, by also having the Long Term Oral Wellness in mind. My name is Javier and I am the Front Desk Insurance Coordinator at Prime Dentistry. I am originally from Colombia, South America. I came to the United States when I was 17 years old. Graduated from Sun Valley High School in Indian Trail, North Carolina, then came to Florida and got my Associates in Arts degree in Business Administration Marketing and Retail at Palm Beach State College. I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and satisfaction. My goal as a Front Desk Coordinator is to provide a great experience before you even get into the office's doors. Customer satisfaction is my main objective, and to schedule accurately is my mission. I am married to an amazing wife and I am a dad to two amazing children, a girl and a boy, who are my world and my biggest motivation!
